The Check Out is an extremely important part of the lettings procedure and should resolve any potential dispute between the tenant and landlord. It will provide an accurate assessment of the state and condition of the property at the end of the tenancy. The report will highlight any inconsistencies with the Inventory at end of tenancy. It also highlights any tenant damages, cleaning issues and any landlord maintenance.

On our report we show defects, if any, that are separated as to Landlord or Tenant, for which there may be a liability. Items which fall within Fair Wear & Tear are also included.
The process of the Inventory at start of tenancy and subsequent Check Out inspection at end of tenancy will help determine what changes have taken place during the time scale of the tenancy and to whom or what those changes are attributable.
A copy of this Check Out report accompanied by our PDF photo file, is provided to the instructing principal who will then forward to the relevant parties.
